Recipe:
1+1/4 oz. Rum, Splash each of Cream of coconut & Pineapple Juice.
Shake with ice & Serve in a Hurricane or decorative glass,
Blend with ice cream for frozen variation,
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge &/or a cherry.
